Arslanbey Kebab: Corporate Sponsor Spotlight

Give A Lunch are humbled to announce Arslanbey Kebab as our latest corporate sponsor, joining the charity’s mission to combat child food poverty across the UK.

Arslanbey Kebab is a much-loved, family-run restaurant based in the Jolly Farmer Pub in Weybridge, operated by Omer and his wife, Pippa. With roots in Adana, Turkey, the birthplace of the famous Adana Kebab, Omer brings authentic Turkish flavours and a passion for community to Surrey. The restaurant boasts over 100 five-star Google reviews, and their reputation for serving what many call “the best kebab in the UK” has been recognised at the British Kebab Awards.

Their latest act of generosity will provide a full year of school lunches for a child living in poverty, one of over two million children in the UK who are not eligible for the government’s free school meal scheme.

Arslanbey Kebab’s commitment to giving back extends far beyond their kitchen. The team has previously supported Meningitis Now, raising over £2,000, and served as financial sponsors for the Addlestone in Bloom initiative, which promotes biodiversity and community pride through flower planting and litter-picking projects. They’ve also supported local efforts for Princess Alice Hospice and a nearby church’s fundraising activities.

Their partnership with Give A Lunch is the latest in a long line of charitable contributions that demonstrate Arslanbey Kebab’s dedication to their community.
